Brexit applies to UK Residence only. Love For sends all packages from Sweden (EU)

 

TO SUM UP
Brexit took action on January 1, 2021, and new trade regulations across the UK border has been decided by the UK government. Shipment between UK and EU will continue as normal with DHL Express and Royal Mail. You can return an item as normal, however, the return process has been updated (see bottom page). This is a trial and regulations can change rapidly, we therefore ask our customers to update this page before placing an order.

 

Brexit means UK leaving EU and new regulation have been decided by the UK government. We reserve that Import VAT or Sale taxes might have to be paid by the customers to UK Customs upon delivery. In this case, we ask you to call the number on your invoice to sort it out with UK Customs. Love For can not control or collect these charges. Love For will ship your parcel as light as possible to minimize the risk of any extra charges.

 

 

  

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? 
Yes, you can return an item as normal within 14 days for a refund. At this point a return can only be refunded. We are unfortunately not able to exchange products or sizes. If you want to exchange sizes, a new order has to be placed.

RETURN POSTAGE / PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL
There are 2 ways to return an order from countries outside Europe;

1, You can choose to receive a pre-paid DHL Express label to your email, to print out, stick on your package and drop of at nearest service point. Please note a 14€ return postage fee will be taken from your refund. 

2, You are allowed to use another shipping company of your own choice, if so, we recommend you send it tracked and secured. You need to contact us before sending back your order as the information you put on your own return label is strictly important. Wrong written information will resolve in the return being held in customs and returned to you - which will delay your refund and add extra shipping charges as the parcel needs to be collected by the customer and shipped again with the correct information. If chosen your own shipping, customers are responsible for that the package arrives to Love For. Lost or damaged parcels will not be refunded. If lost or damaged, the customer needs to claim a refund from the shipping company they used for the return. Ask the postal company you choose what insurance they offer you for lost packages before you send it.

 

 

 

REFUND VAT OR SALE TAXES BY CUSTOMS?
If VAT was charged by UK Customs upon delivery, y
ou can contact the number on your invoice to claim you are sending back the order, and in that way be refunded for the VAT. Let us know if UK Customs needs proof of evidence that we accept the returned order, it can be an email saying we accept the return. This is a process we already work with for returns from the States, Canada and Australia and it is not as complicated as it sounds.
